Delivery & Return
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
Rules
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped.
Interpretation and Definitions
An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within 24 hs. of receipt of the products by writing to us on care@koshur-dukaan.com in order for us to accept the request.
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return-shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted..
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product. On receipt of the returned product, our team will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Refund policy .
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you..
For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund..
Cancellation Policy.
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on care@koshur-dukaan.com.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged..

Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support team or initiate a return through the “My Orders” section on our website/app. Once the product is received and verified, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes the quality check. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
Refunds are applicable for eligible returns made within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Certain items may be non-refundable—check the product description for details.
Delivery
Delivery charges depend on your location and order value. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2000. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at flat rate basis

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates. If there are no updates or you need assistance, contact our customer support team.
Returns
